Scope of Work:

Monitor, report, evaluate and supervise the time control of the
construction of production facilities for timely, cost and quality from
the engineering phase to the construction, commissioning and start up
phases
•
Coordinate the design review of production facilities proposed by the
Contractor to conform to the design of the owner scope Review the
following documents but not limited to engineering documents, work
procedures, test procedures, construction documents Create, collect
and review documents related to close out report

Overseeing construction work, reviewing engineering changes during
construction, inspecting, working procedures and tests
