Planning and Evaluation of surface facilities base on derivelable at Pertamin EP asset 5 for 18 Months

Scope of Work:

Technical and risk assessment to all production facilities of SP-1, SP-2, SP-3, SPU, Loading Terminal, SKG Bunyu and SKG Nibung. The Technical and risk Assessment including redefine the design basis based on the actual condition of the facilities, provide as-built drawings (process, E&I, control & shutdown system, Equipment), update, revise or develop new drawings, engineering documents, calculations, data sheets, etc., related to all equipment installed in the facilities, develop fire case scenario and develop risk assessment to the existing facilities and provide recommendation of ALARP to all equipment to ensure safe operability.
